OUR TEAM
As part of our VTS business, our PRV team is focused on the design, manufacture, delivery and support of protected mobility vehicles on a global scale. We are proud of our work on the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms and value a positive team culture focused on our people.
YOUR ROLE
Our trades team is growing and we’re hiring trade qualified Heavy Vehicle Mechanics to join us. Supported by leaders, driven by a strong team culture and backed up with all the resources to succeed, this is a long-term position with opportunities for further training and development. This is a Brisbane, Eagle Farm based role with the following responsibilities:
- Work as part of a wider team of trade professionals to carry out servicing and repairs to allocated vehicles to a defined schedule and quality standards.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders, Maintenance Planners, Project Managers, Logistics, HSE and other Leaders to deliver commitments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Mentor upcoming trade professionals and contribute to future team capability.
- Model safety practices and proactively highlight risks within a people‑focused culture.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Relevant trade qualifications (Heavy Vehicle or similar) with a strong trades background.
- Experience diagnosing, fault finding and fixing mechanical/technical issues with a passion for quality work.
- Strong technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude and ability to follow set processes.
- Team player and natural problem solver with high attention to detail.
