What will you do?
* Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
* Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation
* Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
* Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
* Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination
More about you
* Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required
* Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking
* Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
* Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
* Food Safety Certificate or willing to obtain at onboarding
