Set along the Clarence River, Big River Holiday Park (Grafton) offers a large range of comfortable holiday accommodation options including camping & caravan sites.
We are currently looking for a Part-Time Front Office Receptionist to join our team.
The successful applicant must possess;
* Experience in the holiday park/hotel/hospitality industry in a similar role
* Reservation System Experience e.g., Newbook/RMS preferable, although training will be provided for the successful applicant.
* Customer Service Experience
* Be able to work unsupervised, and as part of a team.
* High level of communication and written skills
* Cash handling experience.
* Broad level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent personal presentation with a friendly disposition
* Have a willingness to carry out various tasks as required.
* Available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends (days/times will vary each week)
* Be available for an immediate start.
