Position
Senior Contract Administrator – Perth team, based on Garden Island, WA.
Key Requirements
* Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
* Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator working on projects $30M+.
* Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is preferred.
* Must have experience working for a main contractor on commercial building projects.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Australian Working Rights.
