Job Title: Learning Support Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Learning Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide individualized support to students with disabilities, impairments, or learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support to students with special needs
* Assist teachers in implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
* Monitor and evaluate student progress
* Collaborate with classroom teachers and school leaders to promote student wellbeing and academic achievement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate IV in Education Support or equivalent qualification
* Experience working with students with diverse needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
