The hotel features 150 guest rooms and suites, a gym, outdoor garden courtyard, all-day dining at Rosana Bistro & Bar, and versatile conference and event spaces.
Role Overview You will ensure the success of conferences, meetings, and events, acting as a brand ambassador and trusted partner. Your responsibilities include:
Coordinating all aspects of events to ensure a memorable experience. Building long-term relationships with clients and hosts to foster loyalty. Facilitating tours of event spaces. Consulting with clients during pre-event planning to optimize setup, menus, and audio-visual needs. Providing personalized service during events. Conducting post-event evaluations to improve service delivery. Qualifications and Skills Knowledge of Holiday Inn services and brand standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with Delphi and Meeting Broker systems. Legal right to work full-time in Australia (sponsorship not available).
