We are looking for a Hotel Services Supervisor to join our team at Lyndoch Living in Warrnambool, Victoria. This is a permanent full-time position with a salary of $90,000, providing stability and the opportunity to lead catering, cleaning, and laundry services that directly enhance the daily lives of our residents.

About the Role:
As Hotel Services Supervisor, you will pay a key leadership role in ensuring high-quality hospitality services across our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and coordinating catering, cleaning, and laundry services
* Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and organisational standards
* Maintaining accurate and current resident dietary and nutrition information
* Conducting internal audits, staff training, and competency assessments
* Proactively identifying and resolving quality or compliance issues
* Supporting a smooth, efficient, and resident-focused hotel services operation
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* A qualified Chef certification (TAFE or tertiary) – essential
* Proven leadership experience in hospitality or catering within a healthcare or aged care setting
* Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance requirements
* The ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team
* Clear communication skills and a strong commitment to high standards
* A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
* A valid Australian driver's licence
