They have an excellent reputation in the Perth market and are now seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with hospital/health care experience for a role in Mandurah.
Key Requirements:
* Trade Qualified Carpenter, Bachelor of Construction Management or Engineering
* Proven experience taking the lead on a major project in excess of $100M
* Previous experienced on major hospital projects.
* Local experience and established relationships with the major tier 1 and tier 2 subcontractors
* Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate on-site teams.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with project stakeholders, clients, team members, and subcontractors.
* Excellent attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills.
