What you'll be doing
* Client Prospecting
* Gathering market intelligence
* Assisting in developing marketing materials
* Assisting with digital marketing
* Handling prospective buyer enquiries
* Attend building and pest inspections/Valuations
* Conducting Pre Settlement Inspections
* Pre & Post appraisal follow up
* Assisting with open homes and inspections
* Database Management
* General Administration
What we're looking for
* Passion for the real estate industry and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their property goals
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients
* Basic understanding of the residential real estate market and the sales process
* Minimum Assistant Agent (certificate of registration) and valid drivers licence
* Be able to learn quickly, multi-task and manage your workload
