About the Role
We're recruiting for our client, a leading financial services organisation, who is seeking a D365 Functional Consultant to drive business process improvements and system enhancements. You'll work closely with stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions using Dynamics 365, with a focus on Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights modules.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse and document business processes and requirements
* Facilitate workshops and user journey mapping
* Deliver functional support and coordinate issue resolution
* Collaborate on system design and enhancements
* Apply risk management strategies within the RAID framework
About You
* Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 modules
* Skilled in data migration/integration and SQL understanding
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
* Passionate about Microsoft tools and digital innovation
* Degree qualified or equivalent experience
