What We're Looking For
 * 2+ years experience in a relevant level establishment
 * Precision knife skills and a sharp eye for detail
 * Confident communicator and team collaborator
 * Passionate about produce and provenance
 * Hungry to learn — we'll teach you the CHCC way
 * Calm under pressure, committed to the craft
 * Knowledge of cafe menu preparation and presentation
 * Ability to work independently
 * Ability to balance service and prep work as required
 * Full Australian working rights
