This exciting position requires you to provide detailed project analysis, accurate reporting and high-quality presentations; to inform decision making across Queensland, Victoria and South Australia. You will support projects from acquisition to completion, acting as a key liaison between internal teams, developers and agents. You will utilise your strong analytical skills to manage multiple projects in a high volume, fast paced environment.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager and working closely with the Executive Director (Marketing), you will be responsible for the following:
Project Analysis
* Analyse new and existing property projects for feasibility, market positioning and sales potential
* Prepare high-quality reporting and presentations for senior management
* Collate, verify and interpret data to inform decision making.
Stakeholder Liaison
* Liaise with developers, agents and other external parties to father project-related information and data
* Act as a point of contact between Acquisitions team and internal administration to ensure smooth project processes.
Administrative Support
* Maintain accurate records and documentation across all projects
* Assist with scheduling, correspondence and follow-up
* Participate in interdepartmental meetings
Quality Assurance and Compliance
* Ensure all project information and reports are completed to a high standard
* Monitor progress of project to ensure milestones and deadlines are achieved
Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting and enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the project analysis function
* Keep informed on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activity
Our ideal applicant will have proven experience in property analysis, property acquisitions, project marketing, project support or a similar analytical role within real estate or property development. You will have highly developed analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
