About the Growth & Customer Success Role
We are seeking a dynamic professional to take ownership of customer-facing sales/growth efforts and onboarding-driven customer success. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Growth (Sales & Outreach Focused):
o Lead Generation & Outreach: Support outbound prospecting efforts, collaborate with marketing agencies on campaigns, and engage leads via email, LinkedIn, and events.
o Run Demos & Follow-ups: Own or support product walkthroughs and demos tailored to different buyer personas. Help move leads through the funnel with timely and thoughtful follow-up.
o Message & Market Testing: Collaborate on refining our go-to-market messaging across channels—working closely with founders and agency partners to iterate fast and learn what resonates.
o Pipeline Support: Help maintain and grow our pipeline by identifying high-intent leads and supporting the handover from interest to onboarding.
* Customer Success (Onboarding & Activation Focused):
o Onboarding & Activation: Own the onboarding experience—guiding new customers through setup, training, and early wins. Ensure they hit their first milestones and achieve long-term success.
