Lead operations, drive accountability, and help scale a growing commercial property business.
Perth Commercial Property is looking for an experienced operational leader to run the day‐to‐day business so the Directors can stay focused on growth, key relationships, and revenue‐generating activity.
This role exists to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to execution. You will lead the operational rhythm of the business, ensure priorities turn into action, and help build a business that performs consistently without requiring constant Director involvement.
If you are someone who can create order, drive follow‐through, and lead people with clarity and conviction, this is a high‐impact opportunity to help shape the next stage of growth.
The role
You will take ownership of the operational performance of the business, ensuring the team has clear priorities, strong accountability, and the systems needed to deliver consistently.
Your focus will include:
* Translating business priorities into clear actions and ownership
* Leading the weekly operating rhythm and maintaining momentum
* Driving accountability across leaders and team members
* Identifying issues early and ensuring they are resolved properly
* Improving systems, processes, and operational consistency
* Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and people performance rhythms
* Helping the business run smoothly without day‐to‐day owner reliance
Scope and authority
This is a genuine operational leadership role with real influence across how the business runs day to day.
The role includes:
* Ownership of operational execution and follow‐through
* Leadership of accountability, clarity, and business rhythm
* Oversight of systems, process improvement, and team coordination
* Involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and people performance rhythms
* Helping the business scale with greater consistency and less day‐to‐day Director reliance
What success looks like
In this role, success will look like:
* Operational decisions being resolved without unnecessary escalation
* Clear ownership of priorities, deadlines, and outcomes
* Leadership meetings that drive action, not discussion without follow‐through
* Steady, consistent service delivery across the business
* Stronger team accountability and performance standards
* Simpler, more effective procedures that are actually adopted
* A business that runs with greater clarity, discipline, and autonomy
How we operate
PCP uses the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to support clarity, accountability, and disciplined execution across the business. You do not need prior EOS experience, but you will be comfortable working within a structured operating framework and leading with clear priorities, problem‐solving discipline, and follow‐through.
About you
You are practical, organised, and confident leading from the middle of the business. You know how to turn moving parts into a clear operating and you are comfortable holding people accountable in a direct and constructive way.
You will likely bring:
* Experience in an operations, general management, or practice management role
* The ability to drive execution across multiple people and priorities
* Confidence navigating issues, conflict, and competing demands
* Strong communication and documentation skills
* A process mindset with a bias toward simplification and adoption
* The judgement to know when to escalate and when to solve
* Experience in commercial real estate, property management, or professional services will be well‐regarded
