**About Our Client**:
Be the driving force behind the efficient operation of the administration division of the business and provide executive assistance to the Directors.
- Manage the daily operations of the accounting firm, including managing and overseeing the work of the administration team, including client services management.
- The first point of contact for office operational functions and staff absence calls
- Schedule, prepare agenda and run daily task allocation meetings and monitor the administration team's workflow completion, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Schedule, prepare agenda and run weekly admin meetings and action SMART deliverables.
- Schedule, prepare agenda, extract reports and run a monthly and quarterly business operations meeting with the Directors
- Manage the administration department and staff amenities budget and inventory
- Review and refine the administration systems and procedures and maintain the office procedures guide
- Monitor ATO and ASIC lodgements to ensure they are followed up and lodged on time.
- Oversee IT maintenance and support in conjunction with the IT providers and IT Director
- Manage the regular maintenance calendar for office equipment and assets
- Manage debtors in accordance with the company's policies, provide a monthly report to the Directors and escalate any long overdue bad debts
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance of client electronic files and manage quality control, allocating administration resources to ensure records are up to date
- Assist with training, integration, and adoption of any new software or systems (eg ATO Mate)
- Procurement of resources for new team members within budget
- Engage regularly via various means of communication with accounting team representatives, clients, and the administration team to ensure smooth working relationships between the teams and high level services to clients.
- New employee onboarding - managing induction process and "Day One" activities
- Coordinate annual training plans for the Administration Team
- Oversee and manage administration staff productivity and performance, providing coaching and training as necessary.
- Assist HR Director with Human Resources processes including pre-recruitment, recruitment, retention and motivation, performance reviews, and compliance as and when required
- Manage the rollout of marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing Director.

**What's on Offer**:
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday business hours, early Friday finish.
Mon to Thurs 8am - 5pm
Fri 7.30am - 2.30pm
