Key Responsibilities:
* Support clients with high-quality, knowledgeable services throughout every stage of the process.
* Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, delivering exceptional results for clients.
* Conduct regulatory assessments on commercial projects, applying expert technical knowledge and professionalism.
* Handle early phase compliance assessments and reporting throughout all development stages.
* Assess project documentation against industry standards and regulations.
* Prepare key documentation, including certificates and permits.
* Collaborate with the local team to drive business growth and development.
Requirements:
* Licensed or nearly licensed as a Building Surveyor. An unlimited license (or the ability to obtain) is essential.
* Extensive knowledge of relevant legislation, industry codes, and practices.
* A Degree or Post Graduate qualification in Building Surveying.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
* 10+ years experience in a similar role preferred, but all levels of relevant experience will be considered.
* Strong writing and communication skills.
* A current Australian Driver's Licence.
