Real Estate Sales Administrator Role Overview

This role is part of a high-achieving sales team in a professional agency with an excellent social media presence on the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate administration, strong relationship-building skills, and attention to detail.

* Preparation of contracts and Form 6 documentation
* End-to-end administrative support for sales agents
* Managing auction campaigns and property submissions
* Maintaining listings on property portals
* Responding to enquiries and coordinating marketing collateral
* Ensuring timely and accurate documentation processing
* Experience/knowledge within real estate administration
* Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues
* Proactive and accurate
* Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
* A valid certificate of registration

Monday - Friday only. Car parking provided. Fast-paced environment.
