The Graduate Program
We have a 2-year rotational Management Development Program (MDP) designed to provide hands-on experience and training in various aspects of management, including leadership, operations, and strategy. Through on-the-job learning across our main operations, you will work alongside experienced professionals in the construction industry.
Your Career Path
Our graduate program offers practical exposure to different parts of our business, as well as the chance to experience living and working in various metropolitan and rural locations across Australia. Over the course of the 2 years, you will work in a concrete plant, operate machinery on a quarry and help senior management with budgets, plus more. You will wear corporate attire one day and steel caps and a hard hat the next.
