Followmont Transport is currently looking for a Professional and Diligent Forklift Operator who is detail-oriented to join our team in Rockhampton.
Joining the AM shift, you would play a key role in moving our freight with a focus on safely unloading tautliners. This role is best suited for a motivated individual with proven experience in transport or forklift operation.
As a forklift operator, you will:
1. Join as a Permanent Full-Time team member
2. Work on a roster from Monday to Friday, starting at 5:30 am
3. Efficiently unload general freight from trucks and trailers, ensuring correct placement in designated zones to prevent misdirects
4. Focus on delivering consistent, accurate, and quality work
5. Strap and secure freight trailers

What You Need:
* Previous experience in a similar, fast-paced role
* Ability to maximize trailer utilization
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow postcode sheets for correct freight placement
* Ability to pass a criminal history check (upon successful interview)
