About the role
Lead tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of business clients. Report directly to the Tax Manager and collaborate with senior partners on complex engagements. Drive process improvements whilst mentoring junior team members in tax technical matters.
Duties
* Prepare complex tax returns and compliance documentation
* Provide strategic tax advice to business clients
* Review junior staff work and mentor team development
* Manage client relationships and communication
* Research tax legislation and implement best practices
Skills & experience
* CA/CPA qualification with tax specialisation
* 4+ years of public practice tax experience
* Advanced knowledge of tax compliance and advisory
* Strong client relationship management skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
