We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive candidate for a full-time position in our office. This is a unique role that provides an exciting opportunity to work in a diverse receptionist position, providing client services and administrative support to the Tax Team and the Mortgage Broker.

As the first point of contact in our office, your excellent customer service skills will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our reception area. You will greet clients, manage emails, receive calls, and schedule appointments with exceptional communication skills.
