We are seeking an outstanding, enthusiastic Band B1 Leader - Coordinator Tailored Learning Hub. This position focuses on establishing and leading a Tailored Learning (TL) class designed to engage, support and re-connect students with their learning. The role involves developing an inclusive, trauma-informed program that addresses barriers to engagement, builds on student strengths, and provides flexible pathways aligned with individual learning goals.
Working collaboratively with staff, families, and external agencies, the position ensures high-quality teaching and wellbeing practices that foster respect, persistence, confidence and responsibility. Central to the role is embedding positive behaviour approaches, data-informed planning, and innovative curriculum design to maximise achievement, attendance and wellbeing outcomes for TL students within the broader school community.
