What You'll Be Doing
* Connecting with buyers online, over the phone and in person
* Asking the right questions and helping buyers choose the home that fits
* Guiding customers from first enquiry to signed contract with confidence and clarity
* Staying on top of leads through consistent follow-up and communication
* Working weekends because that's when buyers are active and ready to move
What You Bring
* 2+ years' experience in new home sales or a similar relationship-driven role
* Communication skills that build trust quickly
* A proactive, organised mindset with strong follow through
* Confidence using digital tools and CRM systems to manage your pipeline
* Willingness to work weekends and travel, knowing that's when you make the biggest impact
