The successful candidate will have a strong background in governance, corporate planning, and policy development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administration support and assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of the Governance section.
* Strengthen and maintain council's suite of policies, guidelines, and procedures.
* Provide technical governance expertise to assist and coordinate the Governance Team in carrying out enterprise risk management, audit and assurance, business continuity planning, policy and procedure development, corporate planning & reporting, and integrity management functions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as law, business or public administration.
* Minimum 2 years experience in governance, corporate planning, or policy development.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
