This is an exciting opportunity for high-performing leaders to join the Custodial Operations Team as General Managers.
* Provide strategic direction and leadership for Correctional Centres.
* Develop strategies for community safety through prisoner education and programs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corrections, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop effective strategies that promote community safety.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as criminology, law enforcement or psychology would be highly regarded;
* Demonstrated experience in senior management roles within correctional services or related industries;
