Working within a close-knit team of 6, this role reports directly into the Global Payroll manager. You will be responsible for end to end payroll activities across your own allocated jurisdiction including involvement in payroll projects and liaising with the HR systems team to achieve process improvements. Reporting on payroll requirements and organising data on their system (Oracle) will also play a key part in this role. You will have the ability to truly run your own desk and work autonomously while having the continued support from management and your team.
**THE CRITERIA**
To be successful in this role, exposure to processing payroll and knowledge of legislation in UK and Ireland is highly desired. You must be organised, have strong attention to detail, great communications skills and have a high level of initiative.
