Job Description

Grow your career with a global retailer as a Property Administrator within our National Real Estate team at ALDI Australia, based in Stapylton. This is a permanent full-time position.

Embrace a role which is part of the team that drives the strategic management of ALDI's diverse real estate portfolio, encompassing buildings, land, and infrastructure. Our mission? Ensuring the optimal use and financial performance of our assets while aligning with ALDI's overarching business strategy and objectives. It's a role that calls for vision, strategy, and a keen understanding of how our physical footprint reflects our corporate identity.

What does the role look like?

* Provide exceptional administrative and project support to the Director - Real Estate.
* Assist with collating data and generating reports, briefing packs and construction milestones to provide key metrics and insights to the Regional Real Estate team.
* Provide administrative support in the development process from conception through completion, including design, permitting, construction, and opening.
* Support the team to maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing commercial properties.
* Provide support on various property related activities including maintaining accurate records and financials for any property related projects.
* Processing/management of Property related invoices including investigating invoice discrepancies.

Qualifications

* Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the Property, Finance or Legal industries.
* Proven experience in maintaining accurate lease records, ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative standards.
* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
* Motivated self-starter with a strong business acumen and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrated experience in SAP S/4 Hana, Ariba and Concur highly regarded.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (including SharePoint 365).

Remuneration

* Transparent tiered salary range of $96,800 - $107,500 including Superannuation.
