Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Role
This is a hands-on role where you will leverage data-driven insights to create and optimise marketing campaigns and implement innovative strategies to consistently deliver qualified MQLs at scale.
About the Opportunity
Reporting into the VP of Marketing, you are responsible for driving inbound leads to the Xplor Education and Discover sales teams, including user acquisition, engagement, and new business strategies for our Australia, New Zealand and UK prospect lists.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategyto meet monthly and quarterly MQL and SQL targets, using a combination of performance and organic marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with internal performance marketing expertsand Sales Development Representativesto identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the New Business funnel.
* Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, content marketing, email, and affiliate marketing.
Requirements
* 5+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
* Proven track record of developing and scaling successful growth strategies.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel).
