Our team at Barwon Health provide clinical services to inpatients and outpatients across all clinical services at University Hospital Geelong, Mc Kellar Centre and Belmont Community Rehabilitation Centre.
Our services promote the concept of a cooperative teamwork model, where staff are expected to pursue clinical excellence, consumer-centre care and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Additionally the team provide clinical placements for Deakin dietetics students, coordinated by Student Placement Coordinator, and have a strong relationship with Food Services via our Food Service Dietitian.
About the role The Clinical Dietitian will provide evidence-based nutrition and dietetic services to patients, clients and customers of Barwon Health.
The role will support consumers and carers to achieve an optimum level of health independence via: Provision of comprehensive, co-ordinated and integrated multidisciplinary services Provision of consumer-centred care Contribution to the development and delivery of high-quality, cost effective dietetics services Please note Barwon Health will only with your preferred contact method and details, and we will get in touch with you.
