Duties
* Manage inbound enquiries via phone and email from trade, commercial, and retail customers
* Support Sales Representatives with quoting, stock checks, and order processing
* Provide tailored product advice by staying across new releases and technical training
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through service excellence
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise customer value
* Contribute to a team culture where collaboration, shared success, and open communication are key
Skills & Experience
* Prior experience in an internal sales, customer service, or trade sales environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
* A commercially savvy approach to identifying and acting on sales opportunities
* Confidence working with technical products or in a distribution setting
* Highly organised with a team-oriented, proactive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
