About the role:This is a Casual role.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for greeting patients, supporting doctors and nurses, answering calls, triage and booking appointments, billing, and general administrative tasks. You will receive a dedicated training program upon commencement, including a full orientation and induction, online compliance training, and support from your Practice Manager and colleagues.
We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide consistent and quality patient service to support your success in the role.
What we need from you
* Previous medical administration or reception experience (well regarded)
* Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
* Knowledge of medical terminology
* Current vaccination and immunisation status
* Intermediate computer knowledge
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise work under pressure
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
