Responsibilities
- Designing and executing retail strategies that exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Acting as the custodian of customer experience, ensuring each boutique delivers the ultimate brand journey.
- Leading, mentoring and building future retail leaders across multiple stores.
- Driving sales training, seasonal product launches, and team development.
- Overseeing operations, from visual merchandising to compliance, with excellence as your baseline.
- Representing the brand on the ground, including engaging directly with high-value and VIP clients.
About you
You’re a natural leader, equal parts strategist and hands-on operator. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and know how to deliver commercial results without ever compromising on customer experience.
What you’ll bring
- A Bachelor’s degree (essential for U.S. work visa sponsorship).
- 5+ years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
- A proven track record in growing sales and profitability within premium or luxury retail.
- An innate understanding of bespoke, high-touch client experiences.
- Strong leadership skills—you inspire, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
- A willingness to travel globally, relocate to the U.S., and embrace the excitement of international growth.
