What this role is all about
Based in our Perth office, this is a rare opportunity to be part of Lucid's expanding Structural Engineering service.
You'll work across a diverse range of projects spanning Defence, Health, Energy & Resources, Correctional, Transport & Infrastructure, Industrial, Retail, and Commercial sectors, with direct access to industry-leading mentors and a clearly defined development pathway.

How you'll contribute day-to-day
* Analyse and design structures and components across varied projects
* Collaborate with architects, contractors and consultants to ensure project success
* Manage project teams and milestone deliverables
* Prepare drawings, reports and technical specifications
* Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction
* Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships
What sets you up for success
* Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Brings 3–7 years' local experience on medium to large-scale commercial projects
* Has strong technical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
* Is proficient in structural analysis software
* Communicates clearly and works well in collaborative teams
* Is committed to professional and team development
* Has experience using Autodesk Revit (preferred)
* Has experience using Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis (preferred)
* Has a strong interest in personal development, team growth and innovation
* Holds Australian Citizenship for Defence project work
