Overview
Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer
We are seeking an experienced Power Platform / Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be self-driven, proactive, and able to contribute to the analysis, design, planning, development, delivery, and support of applications. This role requires a strong focus on integrating Microsoft Power Platform components, SharePoint, and other enterprise systems. You will work closely with business analysts, project managers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, Azure DevOps CI/CD, and GitHub source control.
- Integrate Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and Power Pages applications with external systems using web services, APIs, connectors, and data integration tools.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing support to end users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.
- Implement and customise business applications using Power Platform (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents) and Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Document solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
- Create reusable CRM software components and code patterns to foster enterprise capabilities.
- Recommend product customisations and enhancements within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Analyse business requirements, define functional requirements, and document solution design.
- Develop CRM technical solutions and contribute to platform strategy, upgrades, and capacity planning.
- Produce technical documentation and assist in end-user training.
- Perform root cause analysis of production issues and document resolutions.
- Develop software solutions aligned with architectural design and product backlogs in an agile environment.
- Recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.
- Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions integrated with SharePoint lists, libraries, and sites.
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Plug-ins, JavaScript, PCF controls, custom workflows, Logic Apps, Dataflows).
- Experience developing Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps Portals.
- Proficiency in .NET Framework (C#), Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, jQuery, SSRS Reporting, Power BI, FetchXML, and Web API.
- Experience using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to Azure Cloud technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint integration.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Agile/SCRUM methodology.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate persuasively in both written and verbal formats.

Casual Loading
