Service Advisor Role
We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service, manage the workflow between departments and meet CSI targets.
* Act as the primary point of contact, addressing customer needs and ensuring timely vehicle servicing.
* Liaise with the workshop and parts teams.
* Meet and exceed CSI targets.
* Deliver superior customer service experiences.
* Quote repair jobs and interact with customers.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role within a retail automotive service department.
* Excellent communication, numeracy and customer service skills.
* Sound automotive technical knowledge.
* Knowledge of ERA-Power DMS is beneficial but not essential.
* Punctuality and reliability.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
