Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee our customer service and scheduling department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support, and that our team of customer service representatives are trained and equipped to provide the highest level of service possible.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
* Manage and train a team of customer service representatives
* Monitor and evaluate customer service performance metrics
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; OR
* 5+ years of experience in customer service management; and
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Proficient in Google suite and customer service software
