We're looking for a passionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our Wagga Wagga team.
About You
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
* AHPRA or ESSA registration
* Full working rights + Australian Driver's Licence
The Role
As a Rehab Consultant, you'll be the trusted guide helping people return to work after injury.
* Support clients with empathy, listen deeply, guide them through life‑changing transitions
* Conduct meaningful assessments – focus on what matters most
* Build strong connections with health professionals, employers, insurers, and more to create solutions that truly help
* Spot barriers, design tailored Return to Work plans that build resilience and confidence
* Visit workplaces, understand the challenges, advocate for safer, more inclusive environments
