This position will suit a vibrant and quick thinking individual, who strives under pressure. Fast Paced Restaurant and Live Music Venue. Table Food Service, drinks and cocktail knowledge, and the ability to work with and drive the floor staff team. More a head waiter position than Duty Manager - at 30 hours per week.
