At Fulcrum Suspensions we are on the hunt to find talented individuals looking to advance their leadership capability and join us in 2IC/Workshop Controller positions – with a view to running your own store one day
Your passion for all things automotive will set you apart of the rest and is critical to your success with us. You're a qualified automotive technician as you'll be supporting your team in the workshop while also keeping on top of administrative tasks. You will be working within a skilled and experienced team and guided by our highly supportive Store Managers and Retail Operations Team you'll have an opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to ongoing store success.
As a 2IC/Workshop Controller, you will:
* Lead the Team: Guide technicians and apprentices to perform at their best and provide expert advice and troubleshooting.
* Ace Customers + Admin: Answer customer questions and keep them in the loop while handling paperwork and keeping the store organised.
* Achieve Results: Support to keep the workshop running smoothly through effective people + task utilisation, improving productivity measures and exceptional quality of work.

Skills And Experiences
ABOUT YOU
Education: A Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent (required)
Team Player: Enjoy working alongside your team and sharing your expertise and be excited to develop the skills of junior technicians.
Passionate About Quality: Committed to delivering top-notch workmanship, meticulous and precise in your work and interact effectively with customers.
