Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing exceptional support to customers and employers to enhance long-term and sustainable employment opportunities
* Facilitating training and development opportunities with customers and employers to continuously improve their skills and knowledge
* Working closely with employers to find flexible and innovative solutions that meet the needs of customers with disabilities
* Creating and generating new employment opportunities for customers through effective relationship-building and networking
