Twilight Aged Care is a stand-alone not-for-profit service with a rich history spanning over 100 years.
Employing over 300 dedicated staff, they provide high quality residential aged care for more than 200 men and women in 5 homes across Northern Sydney – Gordon, Mosman, Dural, Hunters Hill and Gladesville.
The Role
A Compliance and Quality Manager is responsible for the provision of quality care to residents. Your duties include:
* Ensure TAC Homes maintains compliance with Aged Care Quality Strengthened Standards, Twilights Family Model of Care, WHS, and other regulatory frameworks.
* Conduct internal and external audits, risk assessments, and prepare compliance and quality reports.
* Oversee incident and critical incident reporting, investigations, and implementation of corrective actions.
* Monitor complaints, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives to identify risks and trends.
* Develop and deliver training programs to build staff understanding of compliance and quality requirements.
* Manage WHS systems and integrate lessons from critical incidents into policy and practice.
* Support development, review, and implementation of policies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

* Working across all Twilight homes and available office space at Pymble.
* Contract Type: Full Time
* Working hours will generally be 9-5, Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility at the convenience of both employee and the homes.
* Salary will be negotiated based on experience, and as a not-for-profit we also offer generous salary packaging benefits.
About you
Demonstrating experience in a similar role, you will treat residents in a respectful and courteous manner. Further, you will have:
* Experience in a Aged Care Clinical Lead role and/or Compliance Officer in Aged Care (highly regarded)
* A Bachelor of Nursing qualification is required for this role.
* A minimum of 5 years experience in nursing.
* Current Registration with AHPRA
* An up to date Police Check and/or NDIS Clearance
* Previous experience working in community or aged care would be highly regarded
* Healthcare management or leadership experience in any healthcare setting is required
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
* Work at any Twilight home as per operational requirements of the organisation
