Main Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef in food preparation and cooking tasks
* Maintain the highest standards of food quality and hygiene
* Work effectively in a dynamic team setting
* Participate in service and deliver a cuisine programme alongside an extensive wine selection
Key Requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification is essential
* You must have excellent teamwork and communication skills
* A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional appearance are mandatory
* The ability to work flexible roster shifts, including event nights, is necessary
