Overview
We are currently working with a boutique aged care provider that has been operating since the 1990's. The provider operates a 40‐bed nursing home facility in Wentworthville and is looking for a GP to manage their residents.
Compensation
* 92% Medicare billing rate.
* $300 per resident per year in aged‐care incentives (100% paid to the doctor).
* Daily income: $– per day.
Responsibilities
* Provide medical care for 40 residents.
* Control consult times and determine patient load.
* Available 7 days a week, with flexible, self‐scheduled hours.
* Work with an on‐site Nurse Practitioner (2 days per week) and a full‐time nurse.
* Utilise the provided medical software (Mandad and Medsig) for patient records, pathology and radiology access.

* Billing – The provider manages the end‐to‐end billing process and submits doctor's bills quickly.
* Payments – 100% of the doctor's payments are deposited directly into the nominated bank account weekly.
* Reporting – Monthly receipt reports are supplied, so the doctor knows exactly what has been received.
* Software – Remote access to the latest medical software and pathology/radiology services is provided.
Requirements
* FRACGP or ACRRM (or equivalent certification).
* Experience in aged care is preferred.
* Ability to adapt to recent software and systems.
