About the Company Our client is a growing residential builder delivering quality homes across home & land and custom projects, currently building around 100 homes annually with strong plans to scale. With an expanding presence across two brands, their in-house marketing function is evolving, and they are now looking to bring design capability in-house. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-senior Graphic Designer to join a collaborative marketing team, working across two residential brands. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of all graphic design output across digital and print, playing a key role in elevating brand presence and supporting sales activity. You'll work closely with both marketing and sales teams to deliver high-quality creative across campaigns, projects, and ongoing brand initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and produce marketing collateral across digital and print platforms Create EDMs, campaign assets, and sales support materials Manage and schedule social media content and advertisements Maintain brand consistency across multiple business units Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing and sales Support SEO and digital marketing initiatives About You Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (mid-senior level) Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience creating EDMs and digital campaign assets Understanding of social media scheduling and digital marketing Basic video editing skills highly regarded Background in residential construction, property, land development, or real estate preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects What's on Offer Paying up to $110K super (depending on experience) Opportunity to take ownership of design and bring it in-house Work across growing volume builder and developer brands Long-term growth as the business scales Ellen Sutton | esutton@marble.com.au | 02 8116 2200 | 0475 931 731 By submitting your CV you agree to have read: marble.com.au/privacy
