Use modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality. Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making. Monitor and maintain production systems for performance, reliability, and scalability. Implement observability: logging, metrics, and tracing. Embed secure coding and application security best practices. Maintain strong automated test coverage across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers. Improve developer experience, tooling, and workflows. Contribute to database design and optimisation (Azure SQL, PostgreSQL).
