Project Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of Telecommunication Towers across Australia.

Your Role:
As a Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Day-to-Day Site Management: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Scheduling and Planning: You will work closely with our scheduling team to ensure that project timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
3. Leading and Overseeing the Project Workforce: You will lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results.
4. Subcontractor Coordination and Management: You will coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
5. Reviewing Construction Plans: You will review and approve construction plans to ensure that they meet our quality standards.
6. Site Safety Management and Leadership: You will lead and manage site safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
7. Quality and Environmental Management: You will work closely with our quality and environmental teams to ensure that projects meet our quality and environmental standards.
Your Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* At least 3 years' experience in a similar role;
* Experience in all aspects of the build process;
* Strong communication and organizational skills;
* The ability to manage projects on time and to budget.

Other:
