The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be the "voice of the brand." You don't need to be a water expert yet, we will train you
Handle customer enquiries via inbound calls, emails, and live chat.
Manage a diverse range of enquiries across our innovative product lines.
Deliver standout service by going the extra mile for every customer.
Collaborate with your team to maintain our reputation for excellence.
About You We are looking for someone with an exceptional attitude and a passion for helping others.
You have recent experience in Customer Service or Sales.
You are proficient with PCs and can learn new programs quickly.
You may be from a different industry, but you are eager to learn and thrive in a new environment.
You have a strong desire to succeed and provide the best possible service.
