As a Graduate Process Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple departments across the business and gain exposure to World Class Manufacturing. You will participate in the Performance and Development Program with a focus on your Development Plan.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building on existing programs related to manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement
* Working on projects to deliver operational efficiency and reduce waste
* Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree qualification in Chemical Engineering (or similar)
* The right to live and work in Australia
* Effective verbal and written communication skills, proficient user of MS Office product suite
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to plan and organise at a high level
