Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial consultation to placement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluation of candidate suitability for current live positions
* Development and management of new client relationships
* Coaching and onboarding of staff, including information on service conditions, pay rates, and interpreting relevant employment legislation awards
* Communication with employers and jobseekers regarding job vacancies
* Supporting senior management and branches with ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable; industry experience may substitute
* At least 2 years of industry experience as a Recruitment Consultant
* Excellent administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
* Strong decision-making skills
