We are currently seeking experienced Care Workers to provide daily support to residents at our **Bethanie Peel (60-bed)** Aged Care Facility located in **Coodanup.** This role is a **casual** position to pick up **Morning, Afternoon and Night Duty shifts.**
You will support our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day-to-day activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing is maintained while building positive and professional relationships with residents and team members.
Our Care Workers are an integral part of the care and support we provide to residents. Applicants with at least twelve months experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
**The Role**:
- Assess care plans and ensure residents' needs are met
- Ensure services (including food, laundry, personal care, domestic and interest) are delivered in a timely and safe manner
- Deliver personal care tasks (including toileting and showering) with dignity and respect
- Ensure residents' rooms and the facility environment is maintained to an appropriate standard
**About You**:
- **Necessary**: Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
- **Necessary**: Previous experience working in a residential aged care home
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group Inc.
- Experience using ICare or similar computer package highly regarded
- Willingness to receive the required vaccinations and police clearance
